Clear Calendar Events
Clear stored calendar event data in Year Glance to fix syncing issues without disconnecting your account.
Go to Calendars > next to calender account name, select Exclamation mark icon

Refresh Calendar List
Update your calendar list in Year Glance after adding or removing calendars in Google or Microsoft.
Go to Calendars > next to calender account name, select Refresh icon

Bug fixes

  • Selected calendars on a disconnected calendar are no longer counted on a profile

Multiple Profiles (Saved views/calendar sets)

Enable paid users to save and switch between multiple named calendar configurations within a single Year Glance account. Each configuration is called a Profile.

Users, particularly in organisational settings, often need to maintain distinct calendar setups for different audiences (e.g. executive team, all staff, board).

Each profile captures a complete snapshot of the user's current setup:
  • Selected calendars
  • Settings and customisation options
  • Theme
  • View type (year horizontal, year vertical, month, week, day, agenda)
  • Time range
  • Its own unique share/embed link
